About the Author
Theresa Higgo: Integrative Health Practitioner, Biological Researcher, and Author of The Blueprint Health Series.
I look at health differently. My focus as a biological researcher and registered Integrative Health Practitioner is to view the human body not as a collection of isolated symptoms, but as a beautifully complex, interconnected ecosystem.
Serving a global clientele from South Africa, I apply advanced Systems Thinking to decode the human blueprint.
My work moves past the narrow, conventional view of cellular exhaustion to map out the big picture—the intricate junction where our internal physiology, frequency disruptions, and environment meet.
I wrote the Blueprint Health Series to bridge the gap between rigorous biological science, Ethnomedical Systems (CAM), and holistic health architecture.
At the core of this architecture is a shift from pathogenesis (the study of disease) to salutogenesis (the active creation of health). By designing salutogenic frameworks, this series moves beyond symptom management to help you construct a life of active, resilient well-being.
This series is an ongoing, evolving lifelong project, with many more volumes currently in development to address the most critical health challenges of our time.
Whether you are navigating the metabolic complexities of The Golden Protocol: Syndrome X Threshold, exploring GLP-1 Architecture, or protecting cognitive health in The Starving Brain, these books are just the foundation.
New architectural blueprints and deep-dive volumes will continue to be added to the series regularly, ensuring you always have cutting-edge, system-wide strategies at your fingertips.
My mission is to empower you to move from systemic collapse to the resilient stewardship of your own health, restoring your biological integrity from the ground up.
