Licensing Agreement for Personal Use Only

This Licensing Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by and between Higher Templates Co. ("Licensor") and the individual or entity purchasing or accessing the digital templates ("Licensee").

1. Grant of License

Licensor grants Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the digital templates provided by Higher Templates Co. ("Content") for personal use only. This license is limited to the specific Content purchased or accessed by Licensee and is subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

2. Permitted Uses

Licensee may use the Content solely for personal, non-commercial purposes. This includes but is not limited to:

- Personal website design

- Personal blog design

- Personal social media graphics

- Personal presentations

- Personal documents and projects

3. Prohibited Uses

Licensee may not:

- Use the Content for any commercial purposes.

- Sell, distribute, sublicense, or otherwise transfer the Content to any third party.

- Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on the Content.

- Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices from the Content.

- Use the Content in any way that violates applicable laws or infringes upon the rights of others.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual property rights in and to the Content remain the exclusive property of Higher Templates Co. and its licensors. Licensee acknowledges and agrees that Licensor retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the Content, including any modifications or derivative works thereof.

5. Term and Termination

This Agreement shall remain in effect indefinitely.

6. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of North Carolina. Any dispute arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of North Carolina.

7. Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties concerning the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the same subject matter.
