Due to the immediate-access nature of digital products, all sales of e-books, audiobooks, bonus recordings, and downloadable materials from History for Generations are final once the product has been delivered or accessed.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges are not normally provided for:

• Accidental purchases
• Change of mind
• Failure to read the product description
• Incompatibility with a device or application when the supported file format was clearly listed
• Products that have already been downloaded, accessed, or listened to

Please review the product description, format, and requirements carefully before completing your purchase.

If you are charged more than once for the same purchase, receive the wrong product, or experience a verified technical problem that prevents access, please contact History for Generations. We will make a reasonable effort to correct the issue, replace the file, or provide an appropriate refund when necessary.

Nothing in this policy limits any refund or consumer-protection rights that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.
