TIDY AF BY OCD
About Me
Hello!! Welcome to my store. I am so happy you're here.
I am Cyndi AKA Freddy. Founder of TIDY AF BY OCD.
Today we're going to talk about that space. You know the one.
The closet you open carefully because something might fall out. The spare room that stopped being a room. The pantry full of things you can’t find. The storage area nobody wants to enter. The garage that became the ultimate junk drawer—or the “I’ll deal with it later” pile that somehow claimed an entire wall.
Every home has what I like to call a “DIRTY OVEN.”
In this space.... it's not literally your dirty oven. It’s the space you avoid ... they space you'd be mortified if anyone saw it because you feel overwhelmed, embarrassed or unsure where to begin.
I get it. We have all been there. After raising four active boys, organizing busy homes, resetting kitchens and garages, helping families move, assembling furniture and decluttering avoided spaces for years, I’ve learned something important:
MOST PEOPLE DON’T NEED MORE BINS.
They need:
- Better flow
- Simple systems
- Less shame
- Realistic strategies they can actually maintain
I understand how quickly life can pile up during busy seasons, family changes, moves, emotional stress, decision fatigue—or simply while trying to survive real life.
THERE’S NO JUDGMENT HERE.
Just practical help, encouragement and progress—one manageable step at a time.
That’s what the TIDY AF BY OCD METHOD is built around:
ROCKS FIRST — deal with the big stuff.
PEBBLES SECOND — create systems that work.
SAND LAST — finish the smaller details.
REAL HOMES. REAL FAMILIES. REAL FUNCTION.
NO PERFECTION REQUIRED.
Or at least that’s what I remind myself whenever my own OCD tendencies start trying to colour-code the labels before I’ve dealt with the pile blocking the doorway.
The Tidy AF Method keeps us focused on what matters most—so we don’t get buried in the sand.
Thanks for being here.
You’ve got this.
xo,
Freddy
