• All our products are custom-made and personalized.
• Each piece requires 5 or more hours of production, so items are not available for immediate shipping.

2. Payments

• Payments are processed securely through Payhip (PayPal, Stripe, or other available methods).
• All prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD).

3. Production & Shipping

• Production and preparation time may vary depending on the product.
• Orders are shipped within an estimated 7 to 10 business days after purchase confirmation.
• Shipping is carried out via USPS (or another available carrier).
• Once the package has been handed over to the carrier, we are not responsible for delays, damages, or losses caused by the shipping service.

4. Cancellations & Returns

• Cancellations:
• Orders may be canceled within the first 24 hours after purchase.
• After this period, production begins and cancellations are no longer accepted.
• Returns:
• Since products are personalized and made-to-order, we do not accept returns or exchanges once the order has been shipped.
• Exceptions:
• If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, you must contact us within 2 days of delivery and provide photos as proof.
• In such cases, we may offer a replacement at no additional cost or a partial/full refund, depending on the situation.

• Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.
