ABOUT THE AUTHOR
Melissa S. Sanders, M.A., is an author, intercessor, faith-based coach, and church consultant committed to developing spiritually mature leaders and structurally sound ministries. She carries a unique capacity to merge prophetic discernment with executive-level strategy, helping individuals and organizations move from reactive survival into disciplined stewardship of their divine assignment.
Melissa holds a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, a Master’s degree in Human Services with a concentration in Executive Leadership, and a Master’s degree in Christian Leadership. She is currently pursuing a Doctor of Education in Christian Leadership with a concentration in Faith-Based Consulting. Her academic background in organizational systems, leadership development, and human services informs her work in ministry contexts — ensuring that vision is not only inspired, but properly structured and sustainably executed.
Through writing, intercession, coaching, and consulting, she equips leaders to clarify identity, strengthen infrastructure, cultivate accountability, and align mission with measurable movement. Her approach integrates spiritual authority with operational intelligence — because calling without structure creates fragility, but calling with order creates legacy.
Melissa does not simply motivate transformation. She builds leaders who can steward it.
