I grew up around my family’s software business, so I’ve been living and breathing tech since I was a kid. My background is a bit of a mix: I was a Fine Arts major at Ole Miss, but I’ve been working in IT since 1996. That creative side helped me out early on when I designed the UI for the Promus Hotels reservation system.

These days, I’m a web developer first and foremost. I also build custom databases, like MS Access, to help small businesses get their data organized, and I develop apps and tools to make work life easier. I’m all about building things that are powerful but simple to use. If you want to talk about a project or need something custom, reach out through my website. I’m here to make sure you're happy with what I build for you.

I work with massive lead lists that often come in with inconsistent formatting. Instead of waiting for Excel to chug through 50,000 rows, I just point this tool at my folder. I can swap out broken URLs or fix naming conventions across forty different CSVs in about ten seconds. It is a huge time saver for anyone who deals with raw data exports every day.

Cleaning up my QuickBooks data for tax season used to be a nightmare. I export my reports as CSV files, but the formatting is always a mess for the specific upload my accountant needs. I used this utility to find every instance of a specific category code and replace it with the new one across all my exported files at once. It took me less time to fix everything than it would have taken just to open the first file in a spreadsheet.

I frequently have to migrate legacy data into new SQL environments. Often, the exported scripts have syntax that is not compatible with the target database. I used the file masking feature to target only my .sql and .xml files, then ran a few regex strings to clean up the formatting. It handled the bulk processing without a hitch, and having the backup directory gave me peace of mind before I ran the final import
