Hey! My name is Marianna and I’m the face behind Ihealitfirst. I am a mental health professional with 5+ years of working in various mental health settings. I received my undergraduate degree in Psychology from the University of Salford and obtained my masters in Cognitive Neuroscience from the University of Essex. I am also an Accredited Certified Coach from ICF and I’ve been actively working as a Wellbeing Coach for the past 2+ years. I work with clients from all backgrounds, and I empower them to work towards their highest potential and become their best selves. I also help clients to manage their mental health and improve their overall wellbeing. I designed this workbook with the scope to help as many as possible to discover who they really are and live a more authentic life. I hope you enjoy it!
