Terms Of Service

1) Product Ownership

All products are owned by ImageWorks. By purchasing any product from ImageWorks, users are granted a limited, nonexclusive, nontransferable product license to use the assets in their own games and projects.

2) Product License

By purchasing products from ImageWorks, users are granted a limited, nonexclusive, nontransferable product license. This license is subject to the following conditions:

2a) Product Usage

Products can only be used in games or projects that the license holder is a part of. The license holder must be a primary developer to use ImageWorks' products. If the license holder leaves a project or game, all instances of ImageWorks' assets are to be removed immediately, unless repurchased by another user else who's working on the project. This does not apply to users who are working with blacklisted individuals or groups. Their license is subject to be voided and revoked.

2b) Distributing

Distributing ImageWorks' products in any form is strictly prohibited. You may not resell, distribute, or leak any product.

2c) Modification

License holders may modify products to suit their needs. However, modifying products with malicious intent or intended distribution of any form is prohibited.

3) Pricing and Refunds

All purchases are final. We do not offer any refunds or exchanges. We also reserve the right to change product prices at any time without prior notice.

4) License Termination

We may terminate your license to our products at any time. This may be with or without cause, and without notice. Upon termination, usage of ImageWorks' products must be stopped immediately. They must be deleted, cleared, and removed.

4a) Blacklist

In an event of a blacklist, ImageWorks will terminate your license(s) to our products. In doing so, usage of ImageWorks' products must be stopped immediately.

5) Brand Affiliation

We are not affiliated with any of the brands, departments, and agencies shown in our product photos. Any resemblance to real or fictional entities is coincidental. We are not endorsed, sponsored, or associates with any third-party brands or organizations.

6) Changes to TOS

ImageWorks may modify the terms of service at any time, any purchase of any ImageWorks' product consults an agreement to these terms.

By purchasing or utilizing any ImageWorks product, you acknowledge that you've read, understood, and agree to these terms of service.
