About Andrew Cline

I’m a people-focused leader, facilitator, and lifelong learner who believes that work should be about more than simply getting results—it should be about helping people grow, building meaningful relationships, and creating an environment where people genuinely want to be.

Much of my professional passion centers around leadership development, employee engagement, organizational culture, and developing future leaders. I enjoy taking concepts that can sometimes feel overly complicated or academic and turning them into practical, engaging experiences that people can actually use.

I also believe development doesn't have to be boring.

Whether I'm building a leadership program, facilitating a discussion, creating an activity, or coaching someone through a challenge, I like incorporating humor, creativity, storytelling, and real-world situations. Some of the best learning happens when people are comfortable enough to laugh, challenge their own thinking, and have conversations they might not normally have.

That philosophy also led me to create inCline Development, where I focus on providing leadership and development solutions and coaching—particularly for new and aspiring leaders. I have a special interest in helping people navigate that sometimes difficult transition from being a great individual contributor to becoming someone responsible for the success and development of others.

At the center of everything I do is a pretty simple belief:

People matter. Relationships matter. Culture matters.

When organizations invest in those things, performance tends to follow.

Outside of the traditional professional side of things, I'm naturally curious and probably a little unconventional. I enjoy turning ideas into something tangible, experimenting with new approaches, and finding ways to make experiences more memorable. I'm rarely satisfied with “that's how we've always done it.” I'd much rather ask:

“What could we do differently that would make this better?”

Ultimately, I want my work to leave people better than I found them—more confident, more capable, more connected, and hopefully a little more excited about what they're capable of becoming.

About inCline Development

Leadership is learned by leading. But you shouldn't have to figure everything out the hard way.

inCline Development exists to help new and aspiring leaders navigate the moments that leadership books don't always prepare you for.

The first meeting with your team.

The uncomfortable performance conversation.

The employee who needs coaching.

The 1:1 that isn't working.

The transition from being responsible for your own performance to becoming responsible for helping other people succeed.

We believe leadership development should be practical, approachable and immediately useful.

That's why inCline Development creates leadership tools, resources and coaching designed around one simple question:

"What can I use when I go back to work Monday morning?"

Our mission is to help developing leaders build confidence, strengthen relationships, navigate difficult moments and become the kind of leader people want to follow.
