He worked in the real estate sector for various companies as an investment consultant, asset manager, and portfolio manager. He is the founder of the PropTech Academy Association. As an inventor, he develops assessment methods and certification processes for companies. By the way, he developed the first sustainability valuation method for buildings. He specialized in the digital, and sustainable transformation of the markets and the development of innovative business models. He wrote the first property technology book in the world and released more than twenty studies and reports. However, he develops education programs about property technology, innovation, sustainability, and digital transformation for the university landscape. He supported many students with their master’s thesis. As an advisor, he supports many Startups in Europe, the middle east, and America.
