Orders for digital products cannot be canceled or refunded once payment has been processed

If you paid via PayPal but haven’t received your preset pack yet, it’s most likely because your payment hasn’t been fully processed yet.

Payhip automatically sends your files only after PayPal marks the payment as "Completed".

🔍 Common reasons why your payment is still pending:

• 🏦 eCheck payment – If you paid from a linked bank account, PayPal needs 3–5 business days to process it.
• 💱 Currency issue – You paid in a currency not accepted automatically by the seller; it must be accepted manually.
• 🔐 Security check – PayPal may review your payment if it’s your first time, or if it looks unusual (international payment, VPN, etc.).

Once PayPal completes the payment, your files will be delivered automatically to your email inbox.
