I’m not here to fix you. I’m here to remind you that your body already knows the way.

My name is Caniesha. Some know me as Sunshine, and I’m a holistic healing educator and guide. My work exists for women who are holding a lot mentally, emotionally, physically, spiritually and want support that feels grounding, human, and sustainable.

I didn’t arrive at holistic healing because it looked good. I arrived because I needed something real. Something that helped me regulate, breathe, soften, love myself and stay sane while life be lifing.

Holistic self-care became my way back to myself.

Not through extremes changes . Not through perfection But through daily rituals, intentional nourishment, step by step building, nervous system awareness, and learning how to listen to my body instead of fighting it.

Today, I teach holistic self-care as a lifestyle, not something for the moment.

I believe:

Healing should feel supportive, not overwhelming
Self-care should fit into you DAILY routines
Your body carries wisdom and knowledge worth trusting
Staying sane is sacred & key in the game of life

Through my books, rituals, teachings, meditations and offerings, I guide women back into connection with themselves gently, honestly, and without pressure to rush.
