I’m a licensed social worker, mental-health therapist, Certified Menopause Coaching Specialist and PhD student with a professional focus on the connections between menopause, mental health, sexuality, relationships and the realities of midlife.

I created Sexy Second Act™ because too many women enter perimenopause wondering:
