💸 Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Because our products are digital files, our refund policy is designed to protect both our customers and our creative work.


Refund Eligibility

  • We offer a 7-day refund window from the date of purchase for all digital products.
  • To be eligible, you must provide clear evidence that the file is defective, corrupted, or not functioning as described. If the issue is verified, we will issue a full refund to the original payment method.
  • If our internal review confirms that the digital file is functioning as described, the refund request will be denied.
  • Refunds will not be granted for:
  • Change of mind or accidental purchase
  • Incompatibility with your software or system if requirements were clearly stated
  • Downloaded files functioning as described
  • Once a digital file has been downloaded, refunds can only be issued if you provide evidence of a technical problem or file corruption.

How to Request a Refund

  • Your order number or proof of purchase
  • A detailed description of the issue
  • Any screenshots, error messages, or screen recordings that demonstrate the problem
  • We may request additional information or attempt troubleshooting before determining refund eligibility.

Processing Time

  • Once approved, refunds will be initiated to the original payment method. Allow up to 10 business days for the amount to appear, depending on the bank or card issuer.
  • If 15 business days have passed since approval and you haven't received the refund, contact us again at jacobdesign.psd@gmail.com.
