I began my fitness journey a chunky 240lbs and unhappy with where I was physically. I was athletic and an elite pitcher for my High School baseball team but I hated the extra pounds and how I felt inside my own body. I decided to change my lifestyle & began exercising, eating healthy, and pursuing a life of fitness. I dropped 80lbs, gained muscle, revamping my entire ideas surrounding nutrition.
