1. Scope

These Terms and Conditions (T&Cs) apply to all purchases of digital products (presets and project files for After Effects) made through the Jens EditingShop online store, operated by Jen.

2. Contractual Partner

3. Offer and Contract Conclusion

The presentation of products in the online store does not constitute a legally binding offer but an invitation to place an order. By clicking the order button, you submit a binding order for the items in your shopping cart. The purchase contract is concluded when we accept your order with an order confirmation sent by email immediately after receiving your order.

4. Prices and Shipping Costs

All prices are final prices and include the statutory VAT. As digital products, there are no shipping costs.

5. Delivery

Delivery of digital products will be made by providing download links immediately after the purchase is completed.

6. Payment

Payments can be made using the payment methods specified in the online store. The total purchase price is due for payment immediately upon conclusion of the contract.

7. Right of Withdrawal

Due to the nature of digital products, there is no right of withdrawal once the download link has been provided and the product has been downloaded.

8. Liability

We are liable for damages only if they are based on an intentional or grossly negligent breach of duty or if they result from injury to life, body, or health.

9. Final Provisions
