Jereme Hardy

I've got a few things under my belt. I'm currently serving in the US Army as a system and network administrator and have been working in that capacity for six years. Previously, I have 12 years of food service experience under my belt with former training from New England Culinary Institute in Culinary Arts and Baking and Pastry Arts. I've worked in a variety of kitchen settings from pizzerias, artisan bread bakeries, large resort pastry kitchens, corporate catering, and fine dining. Though I left the food industry for a more lucrative career in technology, bread baking is still a very real passion of mine. I love sharing my knowledge and helping others learn and develop a passion of their own in bread baking. I hope to share my knowledge with as many people as possible!
