Jessica Culver

Hi there! I'm Jessica, and you can say that my life revolves around fitness, writing, and cooking up a (healthy!) storm. I earned my diploma in Print Journalism and have since written for Inside Fitness magazine, Oxygen magazine, and Strong Fitness magazine. I started out as a gym junkie and got into competitive powerlifting, and now I'm studying to get my personal training certification from the International Sports Sciences Association. My training focuses on calisthenics and powerlifting, but I make time every week for yoga and ballet as well. Throughout my years training and picking the brains of the pros for my articles, I've learned what really works to reach your fitness goals.
