JK Fitness sells digital products that are normally made available for download or access immediately following successful payment.

This policy applies to JK Fitness digital products, including the 8-Week Strength Project, JK Fitness Nutrition Guide, digital trackers and other downloadable products.

Change of Mind and Digital Downloads

UK consumers normally have a 14-day cancellation period for distance contracts. However, special rules apply to digital content that is supplied immediately.

Where applicable, before immediate digital delivery begins, you may be asked to expressly consent to the supply of the digital content beginning during the cancellation period and acknowledge that this affects your right to cancel once supply has begun.

Once the digital content has been supplied in accordance with those requirements, refunds will not normally be provided simply because you have changed your mind, decided not to use the product, or no longer want it.

Problems With Your Purchase

Please contact JK Fitness if:

• you have been charged more than once for the same purchase;
• you cannot access or download your purchased files;
• you have received the wrong product; or
• there is a genuine fault with the digital content.

We will make reasonable efforts to resolve technical or delivery problems.

Where you have statutory rights to a repair, replacement, price reduction, refund or other remedy in relation to digital content, those rights are not affected by this policy.

Fitness and Nutrition Products

A refund will not normally be provided solely because a customer decides that a programme is too difficult, too easy, does not suit their preferred training style, does not suit their food preferences, or because they choose not to complete or use the product.

Please read the product description carefully before purchasing to make sure the product is suitable for what you are looking for.
