James is a Certified Personal Trainer through the American Council on Exercise (ACE). He specializes in training for strength, weight loss, and functional fitness. He really enjoys working with individuals that are new to the gym and want a fresh start in fitness. James has been active his entire life. In high school he ran track and played on the basketball team. Currently he is focused on lifting weights, MMA, and grappling.
