Just Handle It is a grief guide written for both sides of loss. One side for the person grieving. One side for the friend who wants to show up but does not know how.
It was written by someone who has been that friend for a long time. Not a therapist. Not a grief counselor. Someone who has navigated grief personally and how has kept showing up, year after year, and figured out what actually helps.
This is the resource I wish I had at the beginning for myself and available when others needed help.
