1 - Don't resell K4h@IMVU'S file. Products resold will be reported to the DMCA.

2 - Don't make K4h@IMVU's file derivable. Products that are found with the bypass option will be reported to the DMCA.

3 - You are free to re-edit and/or recolor K4h@IMVU's file.

4 - Don't pass on K4h@IMVU's file. This is considered theft. In the event of a transfer, all accounts involved will be reposted to the DMCA.

5 - BIGPACK textures can be used on any body of your choice, even though most are made for sis3D meshes. You can recolor and re-edit, but under no circumstances can you resell, derivable and repost. It will be considered theft and will be returned to the DMCA without notice.

6 - Before finalizing any purchase, make sure everything is correct. No purchases will be refunded or changed.

7 - When purchasing a K4h@IMVU's file, you are limited to only using that product on one account. If seen using on more than one account, it will be reported to the DMCA.

8- Account loss/ban: In cases like these, if a person who purchased a K4h@IMVU's file, opened a new store on IMVU, and wanted to use the file(s), he/she must pay an administrative fee of US$30. For more information, please contact the team.

9- People with one or more stores: When you buy a K4h@IMVU'S file, you are buying a license to use it together. This license is authorized for ONE account only. If the person has more than one store, and he wanted to use the same file in another store, he must make the purchase more than once. Each purchase for each referring account. If the person makes only one purchase and uses it on multiple accounts, section 7 of these terms will be activated.

10- If you see that someone is using a K4h@IMVU's file, remember you cannot DMCA this person. Remember that he/she may have purchased the file in addition to you. If you see that it is suspicious, you must notify it immediately. Only K4h@IMVU can give DMCA in cases of theft.
