About Me
Kay J. Blake is Chief Service Officer of Life on Power, Global Women Empowerment project. Her superpower is adapting to new situations. As a young immigrant to the US, she developed coping skills to thrive in a major urban city. An attitude of grit and determination was key. Kay's journey includes earning a BA in English/Language Arts/Secondary Education, MA in Public Administration and certification in Nuero Linguistic Programming (NLP) with the Association for Integrative Psychology (AIP).
Kay assists individuals to align natural skills with passion, purpose and life goals. She helps them create fundamental shifts by transforming way of thinking, feeling and behaving in relation to others. She's committed to the service of others and believe that it positively impacts the world.
With over 25 years in leadership, human resources, operations and as an NLP Practitioner, Kay enjoys helping clients create the life they want to live. Involves redefining life experiences, past hurts, and trauma. Tapping into the unconscious mind to create new conscious patterns that support life goals.
