I’m a Reiki Master Practitioner and Teacher based in Rugby, Warwickshire, offering calm, supportive spaces for people to slow down, breathe, and reconnect with themselves.

Through my work, I gently guide you back to a place of balance, whether that’s through Reiki, treatments, or the resources I create to support you at home.

Everything I share is rooted in real experience, care, and a deep understanding of how important it is to feel safe, held, and supported.

This space has been created to bring that same feeling to you, wherever you are offering simple, nurturing guidance you can return to whenever you need a moment of calm.
