San Francisco Personal Trainer

Lifelong habits. Lifelong results.

Mission

Another person’s perfect program will not be your perfect program.

We all carry different setbacks, different histories, different reasons for showing up.

And that’s why my job is to find what works for your body.

I provide individualized programs, corrective exercise, and nutrition guidance.

But what really matters? Building the habits that make you show up for yourself.

About Keenan Lee

I grew up playing basketball since the 2nd grade. Although I still play recreationally, I dedicated my physical journey to the weight room. Whether that was chasing a personal record with my buddies, running half-marathons, or training just for the love of it, I found a purpose that I wanted to share with others.

At 16 years old, I knew this was my path. I interned as a Strength and Conditioning coach at my high school and decided to pursue continuing education in college. I went on to earn a Kinesiology degree from San Diego State University, where I learned the training principles proven to provide results.

During my time in San Diego, I coached Group Fitness across a wide range of members from younger to older, novice to advanced, injured to healthy. I also hosted my own run club, which strengthened our gym community outdoors.

I hold a Personal Training Certification and Corrective Exercise Specialization through the National Academy of Sports Medicine, and I am currently working towards my Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist Certification.
