Refund Policy
Thank you for purchasing digital products from the website of Kim Grove.
Once downloaded digital products cannot be returned. However, if the downloaded product is faulty, unfit for purpose or not as described, we can offer a replacement product in the first instance.
If you are still not satisfied with the product that you receive from us, you are eligible for full reimbursement within 14 calendar days of your initial purchase.
After the 14-day period you will no longer be eligible and won't be able to receive a replacement or refund. We encourage our customers to try the product in the first two weeks after their purchase to ensure it fits your needs.

We will reimburse you within 7 days of the refund agreement. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.
Conditions for Refunds
In order for the product to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
- The download was purchased within the last 14 days
- The download has not been used.
- The download has not been copied.
- The download has not been passed or forwarded on to a third party.
We cannot be held responsible for products damaged by your own equipment.
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any product that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.
