1st paid customer: Legacy-Driven Leadership

Every Legacy Begins With One Seed

Last week, something small happened that meant everything to me...the first copy of my book was sold. There was no need for a confetti cannon, just a deep feeling of gratitude and validation.

More sales will follow, but why does this first sale matter?

Because one means that the message reached someone directly. One means that a leader (whom I know very well) has decided to invest in his growth and support my work. One means a seed was planted, and that's how a legacy begins.

When I wrote this book, I wasn't trying to chase any bestseller lists. I wasn't chasing any financial gains. I was honoring the trust that leadership happens in small, but intentional, moments:

  • When a student finally feels seen
  • When a staff member starts to believe in themselves again
  • When a family knows that they belong and will be supported within a school community

Those tiny shifts become deep roots.

This first sale reinforces my sense that the messages in this book are worth exploring. That feels as if planting season has begun.

More seeds will be planted. More leaders will grow and plant their own seeds.

I'm grateful to share that growth with you.
