Our decks are digital files, delivered by email the moment your payment goes through. By completing your order you agree to immediate delivery and acknowledge that the statutory right of withdrawal expires once the download begins.

REFUNDS

That said: if the file does not work, does not print correctly, or is not what you expected, email me within 30 days and I will refund you in full. No form to fill in and no explanation required. I would rather lose fourteen dollars than have you feel cheated.

IF YOU HAVE TROUBLE PRINTING

Write to me before asking for a refund. Most printing problems come from the "fit to page" setting, and I can usually fix it in one reply.

VAT AND SALES TAX

VAT and sales tax are calculated and remitted automatically at checkout for the EU, the UK, the US and Canada. Your receipt shows the exact amount.

YOUR DATA

We store only what is needed to deliver your order and issue your receipt: your email address and your purchase record. We do not sell your data and we do not share it with anyone beyond the payment providers required to process your order. Want your data deleted? Email me and it is done.

LICENCE

Your purchase is for personal use. Print as many copies as you like for yourself and for gifts. Please do not resell the file or distribute it publicly — this is a one-person operation and that is what keeps it running.
