By purchasing, downloading, accessing, or using any product, asset, template, script, build, system, or service provided by Template Labs, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following legally binding Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not purchase or use any Template Labs products.

🔐 Intellectual Property & Ownership

All products sold or distributed by Template Labs, including but not limited to templates, systems, assets, scripts, UI, models, VFX, builds, code, branding, documentation, and related content, are the exclusive intellectual property of Template Labs.

Purchasing a product grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to use the product in accordance with these Terms.

You do not obtain ownership, resale rights, redistribution rights, source ownership, or authorship rights to any Template Labs product.

🚫 Prohibited Redistribution

You may NOT:

• resell;
• leak;
• trade;
• sublicense;
• redistribute;
• upload publicly;
• repackage;
• share access to;
• expose source files of;
• or otherwise distribute Template Labs products in any form.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Roblox Studio places;
• models;
• scripts;
• asset packs;
• modules;
• UI assets;
• builds;
• source files;
• exported files;
• obfuscated files;
• backups;
• modified versions;
• recreated derivatives designed to imitate or replace the original product;
• or any portion of a Template Labs product.

Unauthorized distribution is strictly prohibited.

👥 Collaboration & Team Restrictions

You may allow collaborators, developers, builders, scripters, or contractors access to a Roblox project containing Template Labs products solely for the purpose of developing your game.

You remain fully responsible for:

• all individuals granted access;
• all copies made through collaboration;
• all exported or duplicated files;
• and any leaks, redistribution, or unauthorized use resulting from your project.

Sharing standalone copies of Template Labs products with collaborators outside of a legitimate development environment is prohibited unless explicitly authorized by Template Labs.

⚖️ Buyer Responsibility & Liability

You are fully responsible for maintaining the security and privacy of:

• your purchased copy;
• whitelist access;
• authentication access;
• associated files;
• and any project containing Template Labs products.

If a product is leaked, redistributed, exposed, copied, or accessed by unauthorized individuals through you, your team, your systems, or your project, you may be held liable regardless of intent.

Failure to secure your files, accounts, collaborators, or systems does not exempt you from responsibility.

🔐 License Authentication & Whitelist System

Certain Template Labs products may include:

• whitelist systems;
• license authentication;
• remote verification;
• obfuscation;
• protected scripts;
• anti-tamper systems;
• access control systems;
• or other security mechanisms designed to prevent piracy and unauthorized redistribution.

By purchasing or using these products, you agree not to:

• bypass;
• disable;
• tamper with;
• deobfuscate;
• reverse engineer;
• crack;
• patch;
• interfere with;
• monitor;
• inspect;
• or attempt to defeat any protection or authentication system.

You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to protected systems, internal code, remote endpoints, APIs, or verification methods.

Whitelist, authentication, and license access are granted solely to the original buyer and may not be transferred, shared, sold, inherited, reassigned, or sublicensed without explicit written authorization from Template Labs.

🔧 Protected Scripts & Customization

Certain internal systems, scripts, modules, or security-related components of Template Labs products may be obfuscated, protected, inaccessible, server-locked, compiled, or otherwise restricted in order to prevent piracy, unauthorized redistribution, tampering, or abuse.

Buyers acknowledge that not all internal source code or protected systems may be directly viewable or editable.

However, Template Labs products are still designed to support substantial customization, configuration, expansion, balancing, UI modification, feature additions, and integration into custom Roblox experiences.

Restrictions placed on protected systems do not constitute a defect, missing feature, or valid reason for refunds, disputes, or chargebacks.

Attempting to bypass, remove, interfere with, inspect, modify, or disable protected systems or security components is strictly prohibited.

⚠️ Protection Circumvention Prohibited

Any attempt to:

• crack;
• leak;
• decompile;
• reverse engineer;
• patch;
• bypass;
• modify;
• disable;
• or otherwise defeat Template Labs protection systems

constitutes a direct violation of these Terms.

Violations may result in:

• immediate license termination;
• permanent blacklist from Template Labs products and services;
• whitelist revocation;
• access removal;
• Roblox abuse reports;
• DMCA takedowns;
• payment dispute escalation;
• and legal action where applicable.

🌐 Remote Verification & Access Control

Certain products may require:

• remote verification;
• whitelist validation;
• authentication checks;
• external licensing systems;
• internet connectivity;
• or third-party services

in order to function properly.

Template Labs reserves the right to:

• verify ownership;
• validate licenses;
• restrict unauthorized copies;
• disable leaked copies;
• revoke access associated with abuse, fraud, chargebacks, or Terms violations;
• and deny future access to products or services.

Tampering with verification systems is strictly prohibited.

🖥️ Third-Party Services & Connectivity

Certain products may communicate with external services, APIs, or servers for:

• authentication;
• licensing;
• analytics;
• anti-piracy measures;
• product protection;
• update delivery;
• or whitelist validation purposes.

Disabling required connections or interfering with these systems may cause products to stop functioning properly.

Template Labs is not responsible for functionality issues caused by blocked verification systems, modified environments, exploit software, unauthorized tampering, or third-party service interruptions.

🔄 Product Protection Updates

Template Labs reserves the right to modify, replace, strengthen, update, or expand product protection systems at any time without prior notice in order to combat piracy, abuse, unauthorized redistribution, or exploitation.

Users may be required to re-authenticate ownership following certain updates.

Compatibility with modified or tampered versions is not guaranteed.

💳 Fraud, Chargebacks & Abuse

All chargebacks, payment disputes, and fraudulent claims will be contested.

Template Labs reserves the right to:

• revoke access;
• permanently blacklist users;
• terminate licenses;
• deny future purchases;
• and pursue legal action

in cases involving fraud, abuse, unauthorized redistribution, payment reversal, malicious activity, or Terms violations.

❌ No Refunds or Returns

All sales are final.

Due to the digital nature of Template Labs products, refunds, returns, exchanges, or cancellations will not be provided under any circumstances.

Failure to understand how to use a product, lack of technical knowledge, incompatibility with custom systems, dissatisfaction with protected systems, or moderation actions taken against your game do not qualify for refunds.

📉 No Guarantee of Results

All products are provided “as-is” without guarantees or warranties of any kind.

Template Labs does not guarantee:

• financial success;
• player count;
• game popularity;
• earnings;
• compatibility with future Roblox updates;
• uninterrupted functionality;
• or protection from moderation actions.

You assume all risk associated with use of the products.

🔄 Updates & Maintenance

Updates, patches, bug fixes, improvements, balancing changes, or ongoing support are not guaranteed and are provided solely at the discretion of Template Labs.

Limited setup assistance or minor fixes may occasionally be provided but are not guaranteed under purchase.

🏷️ Commercial Use License

You may use Template Labs products in personal or commercial Roblox experiences, including monetized games.

You may not:

• resell the product itself;
• redistribute the files;
• sublicense the product;
• share ownership access to the product;
• claim ownership over the original systems;
• or market Template Labs products as your own creation.

🏢 Studio Transfers, Game Sales & Ownership Changes

A purchase of a Template Labs product only licenses usage rights to the original buyer.

If ownership of a Roblox game, project, studio, group, development team, or experience containing Template Labs products is:

• transferred;
• sold;
• shared;
• acquired;
• merged;
• handed over;
• or otherwise controlled by another individual, studio, company, or entity,

the new owner or controlling party must obtain their own valid license from Template Labs in order to continue legally using the products.

Existing licenses may not be:

• transferred;
• reassigned;
• inherited;
• sublicensed;
• shared;
• or passed between parties

without explicit written authorization from Template Labs.

This applies to:

• full game sales;
• studio acquisitions;
• project transfers;
• investor takeovers;
• ownership handoffs;
• commissioned projects;
• outsourcing arrangements;
• and team ownership changes.

Continued use of Template Labs products by an unlicensed new owner constitutes unauthorized usage and may result in:

• whitelist revocation;
• product access termination;
• DMCA enforcement;
• Roblox reports;
• blacklist placement;
• and legal action where applicable.

📦 Client Work & Commissioned Projects

You may use Template Labs products in commissioned or client projects only if every party receiving:

• ownership;
• source access;
• editable files;
• project control;
• or long-term access

possesses a valid license from Template Labs.

Delivering, transferring, exposing, or providing Template Labs systems, assets, source files, or protected products to an unlicensed client, studio, company, or third party is prohibited unless explicitly authorized by Template Labs.

Clients, studios, investors, publishers, or third parties receiving ownership or operational control of a project containing Template Labs products must separately purchase their own license from Template Labs.

Unauthorized transfer of Template Labs products through commissions, outsourcing, development contracts, or studio work is strictly prohibited.

🧾 Attribution & Credit

If major systems, assets, or identifiable portions of a Template Labs product remain substantially unchanged, reasonable credit or acknowledgment to Template Labs must be maintained.

Removing all evidence of Template Labs authorship while presenting the work as entirely original is prohibited.

🔒 Access Revocation

Template Labs reserves the right to revoke, suspend, disable, or restrict access to any current or future product if these Terms are violated.

License revocation may occur without warning in severe cases involving piracy, fraud, abuse, malicious conduct, redistribution, or protection circumvention.

🛡️ Enforcement & DMCA

Template Labs actively monitors for piracy, unauthorized redistribution, protection bypassing, and abuse.

Violations may result in:

• DMCA takedowns;
• Roblox moderation reports;
• blacklist placement;
• access termination;
• server blacklisting;
• payment dispute escalation;
• or legal action where applicable.

📌 Buyer Responsibility

You are responsible for reviewing:

• product descriptions;
• technical requirements;
• compatibility information;
• protected system disclosures;
• and purchase details

before purchasing.

Purchasing a product without understanding its setup, scripting requirements, dependencies, whitelist systems, authentication systems, or intended use does not qualify for refunds or liability claims against Template Labs.

⚠️ Legal Agreement & Minors

By purchasing from Template Labs, you enter a legally binding agreement.

Minors may purchase and use products only with the understanding that all copies must remain private, secure, and undistributed.

Parents or guardians may be held responsible where applicable under local laws.

🎮 Game Takedown Liability

If your Roblox experience, group, assets, or account are moderated, restricted, deleted, warned, or taken down for any reason, Template Labs is not liable.

All risk associated with publishing and operating your game remains with the buyer.

🧪 Exploit, Reverse Engineering & Unauthorized Testing

You may not use exploit software, debugging tools, dumping tools, memory inspection tools, decompilers, packet inspection tools, or unauthorized testing methods against Template Labs products, protection systems, or authentication systems.

Attempting to analyze or expose protected systems for redistribution, bypassing, exploitation, or malicious purposes is strictly prohibited.

📝 Terms Amendments

Template Labs reserves the right to modify, update, replace, or expand these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice.

Continued access to, purchase of, or use of Template Labs products constitutes acceptance of the latest version of these Terms.
