Hi, I'm Cath! I'm a native New Yorker who's been living in Mar del Plata, Argentina since 2015!

Eight years ago I started teaching English to both adults and children. My teaching methods are derived from my own experience and struggles learning Spanish. Similar to many of you, but reversed, I studied Spanish for countless years in both high school and at University. However, when I was put into real-world situations, I was unable to express myself. I was fearful of making mistakes and tired of translating in my head.

It wasn't until I was forced to speak that I slowly began to feel comfortable communicating. Today, I use this experience to help me teach English as simply and effectively as possible.
