Two cultures, two paradigms, two sides of a border, two different mother tongues. In 2005 my husband Vitali and I met at a school of language studies in Western Germany, and married after a few weeks of dating.

Almost twenty years of our work since then has gone into language education, business consulting and leadership development, with private clients, start-ups and Fortune 500 companies.
