I'm Laura Jamie (Biggs) - Personal Trainer, Life Coach, Wife & Mother.
Living a healthy lifestyle allows me to feel strong & confident as well as care for my family the best I can.
I've made it my mission to share my own fitness journey, experience & expertise to inspire other women to want to look after themselves & their mindset, find their confidence & transform their lives.
With that in mind, I don't give my clients strict meal plans to follow, I allow them to make their own food choices with a little guidance & my own recipes to get them started!
