Legacy Vault by Cyreeta Smith
Cyreeta Smith is a Realtor, project manager, housing professional, entrepreneur, and community development advocate with extensive experience in real estate, property management, property preservation, housing counseling, marketing, and business administration. She attended Widener University and earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Marketing from Strayer University, as well as a Project Management Certificate from the University of Delaware.
Cyreeta began her real estate career with Keller Williams in 2016—the same year she founded All About Housing, a property preservation and housing services company specializing in maintaining and protecting vacant properties. As the company grew, so did her knowledge and experience within the housing industry. During the national eviction moratorium, All About Housing adapted its services, built an exemplary team, and began working with municipalities and community partners to help address homelessness and strengthen neighborhoods.
Cyreeta later expanded her career into multifamily property management, working with WinnCompanies and Greystar. Her diverse experience includes residential property management, project coordination, mortgage field services, home staging, and interior decorating—a talent for which she is well known among family, friends, and clients.
In 2020, Cyreeta continued her real estate career with eXp Realty. As a Realtor, she helps individuals and families confidently navigate the path to homeownership. She is also involved in the development and marketing of Peters Grove, a new-construction community in Warren, Michigan, created to provide quality and attainable housing opportunities for low- to moderate-income families.
Cyreeta also serves as a housing coach and program coordinator with the Empowerment and Development Housing Resource Center. Through this work, she provides support in financial literacy, credit improvement, homebuyer education, down-payment assistance, post-purchase counseling, and foreclosure prevention. She is passionate about helping underserved individuals and families overcome barriers to stable housing and long-term financial security.
Her ultimate goal is to become a real estate developer focused on affordable and workforce housing, neighborhood revitalization, and community development. Cyreeta believes that where a person lives can significantly affect every area of life. Her vision is for every child to have the opportunity to grow up in a safe, stable neighborhood and experience the security and pride of having a place to call home.
Above all, Cyreeta is the proud mother of three adult children and grandmother of one granddaughter. She affectionately calls them “her gang,” and they remain the heart of everything she does.
Through her work, Cyreeta remains committed to fighting the good fight, being a shining light in the community, building stronger neighborhoods, expanding access to homeownership, and helping families create lasting wealth through real estate.
