Thank you for choosing Level Up Path. We want you to have a smooth and transparent experience when purchasing our digital products. Because all items sold in our store are digital downloads delivered instantly, this Refund Policy explains when refunds are granted—and when they are not.
By purchasing from our store, you agree to the terms described below.
1. No Refunds for Digital Products
All products sold through Level Up Path are non-refundable due to their digital nature.
Once a digital file is delivered, access cannot be reversed.
For this reason, we do not offer refunds for any of the following:
- Change of mind
- Purchased by mistake
- Not reading the product description
- Finding the product “not useful”
- Incompatibility with your device/software
- Downloading issues caused by customer’s internet/device
- Not using a discount or coupon code
- Purchasing the wrong product
Digital products cannot be returned, undone, or deactivated after delivery—therefore all sales are final.
2. Exceptions: When We Do Offer Support or Replacement
Although refunds are not offered, we will gladly help you if:
2.1. You Received a Broken or Corrupted File
If a file does not open or is corrupted, we will:
- Replace the file
- Provide an alternative version
- Or send it manually if needed
2.2. You Received the Wrong File by Mistake
If we accidentally delivered the wrong product, we will send the correct one immediately.
2.3. Download Link Issues
If your download link:
- Isn’t working
- Isn’t showing up
- Didn’t arrive in your email
We will resend access after confirming your order.

3. Duplicate Purchases
If a duplicate purchase was made accidentally (the same product bought twice), contact us within 24 hours.
We will verify the order and may provide a replacement product or store credit.
Refunds for duplicates are not guaranteed, but we will review each case individually.

If you suspect an unauthorized transaction:

- Provide proof of the issue
We will cooperate with Payhip, PayPal, or Stripe to investigate.
Chargebacks filed without contacting us first may result in:
- Loss of access to all purchased products
- Permanent account restrictions

5. Product Descriptions and Expectations
All product descriptions, preview images, and feature lists are clearly provided.
Before purchasing, you are responsible for reviewing:
- Product formats
- Requirements (software needed, device compatibility)
- What is included
- Licensing terms
Buying without reading the product details does not qualify for a refund.
6. Download Limits and Access
Payhip may limit download attempts to prevent unauthorized sharing.
If you genuinely lose access, email us and we will assist.
However:
- Sharing download links
- Distributing files
- Multiple unauthorized downloads
…may result in revoked access with no refund.
7. Chargebacks & Disputes
We take digital fraud seriously.
If a customer files a chargeback after:
- Downloading the product
- Accessing the files
- Using the content
…we may provide proof of access to PayPal/Stripe and dispute the chargeback.
Fraudulent disputes may lead to:
- Legal action
- Restricted access to our store
- Reporting to Payhip
