Welcome
To the Little's Course
One of the most common things littles tell me about is how they are struggling to get into little space, especially when they're alone.
This course is meant to give you the tools to connect with your little side and your little headspace on your own if you want to.
You'll find ways to integrate elements of littleness into your daily life. You'll have lots of ways to renew your excitement for your little time. And you'll find the most common roadblocks that stand in the way of you and the little headspace that you might be longing for.
So whether you've been a little for years and want to rekindle your relationship with your little self
đ
Or you are relatively new to the lifestyle and want to explore, and until now, you thought you needed a daddy to do soâŚ
â
This course is a playground for you to carve out some space for this magical side of you in which you can recharge, enjoy life and bubble with excitement or quiet peace.
Playful and fun
The course itself is Little. It like play pretend: you enter the littleâs school of magic where you will learn about your power (aka your ability to connect with carefree presence and awe).
Why not just look at instagram?
I know that sometimes it might seem that just watching one more vlog from another little or going through someone's Instagram is going to support your little side.
And of course it is beautiful to witness other people, and it is inspiring to watch content. It can help keep littleness at the forefront by reminding us of it.
But at the same time, it's not always enough. Sometimes it might even be a distraction preventing you from actually quieting the mind and opening up to the headspace.
Sometimes, solo is actually better
In case you're thinking you want to be smol despite not having a caregiver... solo smol time has so much potential, it's not a consolation price.
On your own, you might find even more freedom to experiment, to be âweirdâ and try things out.
Youâll feel more comfortable and confident with your Little self, so that you can let go of potential shame and self-judgement.
â¤ď¸
Maybe Little time is a way for you to relax when times are tough, or to celebrate when life is good.
Wether it feels like a hug or a freaking joyful explosion, there is so much quality of life that can come when connecting with this part of us.

FAQs
-
No, you can be in a dynamic, but don't need to be. This course is specifically designed to support your own exploration of your Little side, independently of a Caregiver.
-
Yes! But then I would definitely recommend going slowly.
The course is a great way to understand and own your Little side, especially if you've already read some posts, listened to podcasts and feel like you want a more in-depth approach.
-
That's entirely up to you. You might watch all the videos in a week-end (and then maybe go back slower), or gently savor them over the course of months, depending on your needs. This course is entirely self-pace.
-
Absolutely. Once you buy the course, it is yours to watch, and re-watch whenever you want. In fact, it is a great tool to have in you toolbox, a space you can revisit even a year from now, to re-inspire yourself.
