A New Way to See Mondays

What were you taught to believe about Mondays?

Are they heavy? Do they feel like pressure, rushing, and starting from behind?

Somewhere along the way, many of us learned to dread the beginning of a new week.

But what if that was never the whole truth?

What if Monday was never meant to be a burden, but a blessing?

Today, I’m choosing to see Monday as an easeful beginning —a quiet invitation that gently says, "You don't have to race. You get to begin."

Easeful doesn't mean effortless.

It means offering the right energy— moving with grace, alignment, and trust instead of struggle. It means showing up focused, steady, and open to what unfolds.

You are not behind.

You are not late.

You are right on time for your growth, joy, and the beauty waiting to meet you.

Maybe this week isn’t asking you to do more. Maybe it’s inviting you to move differently — with more presence, more grace, and more trust.

Before you rush into this week, take a breath and ask yourself:

  • What do I want to create this week?
  • What weight can I set down today?
  • What would it feel like to walk through this week easefully instead of urgently?

You get to choose.

Today, choose ease. Choose hope. Choose to trust the quiet, steady power moving through you.

P.S. A Little Something I’ve Been Doing Lately…

I’ve been permitting myself to move with ease, trust, and grace each day.

That's why I created the Note to Self Cards—small, meaningful reminders you can carry wherever life takes you.

Lately, I’ve been:

  • Placing one by my mirror each morning
  • Tucking one into my journal to anchor my heart
  • Slipping one into my bag — a little love note waiting for me when I need it most

Sometimes, the smallest reminders create the biggest difference. One small note. One big shift. And you are worthy of both.

If you would like more encouragement woven into your days, come take a look at the Note to Self Collection—I created it with you in mind.
