April is Stress Awareness Month, and if we’re honest, many of us have been carrying more than we’ve had the space—or safety—to name.


So before we begin anything else, I want to say this:

I’m so glad you’re here.

This month, I invite you to make a sacred shift:

Choose presence over pressure.

✨ Care for yourself with intention, not urgency.

Let’s make room for honesty, grace, and deep breath moments that remind us we don’t have to earn rest—we’re worthy of it already.

Stress Relief Tip: Practice the 4-7-8 Breath

This simple, grounding practice helps calm your nervous system and bring you back to your center.

  • Inhale gently through your nose for 4 seconds
  • Hold for 7 seconds
  • Exhale slowly through your mouth for 8 seconds

Repeat this three times whenever you feel overwhelmed or untethered. It only takes a moment, but it offers your body a fresh reminder: You are safe to slow down.
