Luke Gilling

I'm based in Melbourne, Australia and I am a Personal Trainer and Civil Engineer. I am extremely passionate about everything health and fitness and have been involved in the industry for many years. I'm currently undertaking a strength training program and that is one of the main reasons for me writing my first e-book "The Guide to Strength Training". The aim of the e-book is to screen, condense and simplify the mass amount of information available on the subject so it is easy to read and implement for those interested. The book gives an overview of the different strength training programs available and provides readers with an example training program that they can implement and develop off.
