I am located in Ontatio, Canada and ship using Canada Post. 

All scrunchies, wristlets, hair/head bands, hair bows and hats are handmade. I ship the orders placed the week prior, Wednesday and Thursday of each week which is why turn around time is generally 1-5 Business days. 

I restock each month. 

Please check shop banner for the most accurate TAT as sometimes due to order demand it may be changed to 1-2 weeks. 

Due to weather and other delays times may not be accurate. 

Please allow 2-6 weeks domestically and 1-3 months internationally.

-Our 4$ shipping is for orders that are 5 items or less as we can soft side package them via general delivery (no tracking number).

- 6 to 9 items your shipping will increase to 10.00 we can over size soft side package them via general delivery (no tracking number).

- 10 - 37 items your shipping is upgraded to 16.99 , this will be boxed and will include a tracking number.

-38 plus items will be charged 22.00, this will include a tracking number.

-All US packages will be sent out Tracked Packet and will include tracking number.

- Please ensure address is correct upon checkout. Please contact me as soon as possible if you wish to change your address. Unfortunately if the item/s are already shipped I will not be able to change the address.

- Shipping estimates are from time of shipment, not when order has been placed 

- Business days do not include public holidays or weekends 

-Overseas orders may incur customs fees. Maddness Creations is not responsible for such fees and they must be paid by the customer upon collection. This is out of Maddness Creations's control.
