1. Digital Delivery

Since our products are digital files (Canva templates and downloads), no physical items will be shipped to your address.

• Delivery Time: Once payment is confirmed, an email containing the access link will be sent to you automatically.
• Access: Your download link will also be available on the order confirmation page immediately after checkout.

2. Refund & Exchange Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges once the file has been accessed or downloaded.
