Sale of Goods

These Terms and Conditions govern the sale of goods available on our Site. The following goods are available on our Site:

• Ebooks, audiobooks, print books.

These Terms and Conditions apply to all the goods that are displayed on our Site at the time you access it. This includes all products listed as being out of stock. All information, descriptions, or images that we provide about our goods are as accurate as possible. However, we are not legally bound by such information, descriptions, or images as we cannot guarantee the accuracy of all goods we provide. You agree to purchase goods from our Site at your own risk.

We reserve the right to modify, reject or cancel your order whenever it becomes necessary. If we cancel your order and have already processed your payment, we will give you a refund equal to the amount you paid. You agree that it is your responsibility to monitor your payment instrument to verify receipt of any refund.

We accept the following payment method on our Site:

When you provide us with your payment information, you authorise our use of and access to the payment instrument you have chosen to use. By providing us with your payment information, you authorise us to charge the amount due to this payment instrument.

If we believe your payment has violated any law or these Terms and Conditions, we reserve the right to cancel or reverse your transaction.

Shipping and Delivery

When you purchase goods from our Site, the goods will be delivered through one of the following methods:

• ​Digital goods (ebooks and audiobooks) are delivered instantly in your confirmation email, and as a backup, by an email from BookFunnel. PLEASE NOTE: These will be shipped to the email address you used at checkout. Please check this email address as well as your spam folder (or Promotions folder if using gmail) if you do not receive the email/s within 3 minutes.
• Print books are printed by BookVault and shipped by BookVault.
• Prisons: Before ordering print books, please ascertain any specific delivery restrictions. Most prisons do not allow coil-bound books.

Supported Devices for the BookFunnel App and the BookFunnel Cloud Reader.

When you receive ebooks via BookFunnel from this site you can download them in EPUB format and read them a different app or device such as your own ereader - see below.

You can also read the books in the BookFunnel app or in the BookFunnel browser-based cloud reader.

(Your BookFunnel library also stores your ebooks and keeps them safe for you.)

The BookFunnel App

You can read or listen to your BookFunnel ebooks and audiobooks on the BookFunnel app.

It can be installed on the following mobile devices:

iOS 11+ (2017) Most iPads and iPhones released since 2013 were updated to iOS 11 and can install the app.

iPod Touches updated to iOS 11 can also install the app.

Android 5.1+ (2013) Android devices running at least Android 5.1 can install the BookFunnel app from the Google Play Store.

Amazon Fire Tablet 5th Gen+ (2015) All Amazon Fire Tablets released since 2015 (and most 2014 4th Gen tablets too) can install the BookFunnel app.

NOOK Tablet (2016) NOOK tablets released since 2016 can download the BookFunnel App from the Google Play Store.

The BookFunnel Cloud Reader and Player.

This is a browser-based ebook reader and audiobook player. It does not use any storage space on your device. It does require an internet connection because it streams the content.

It is supported on all modern computer browsers. It is also supported on most older operating systems when using the latest (supported) version of Chrome or Firefox. It is also supported on:

PC, Mac, and Unix Computers 

iOS 10+ (2016) iPod Touches that were updated to iOS 10 can also access the reader.

Android 4.0+ (2012)

Amazon Fire Tablets 2nd Gen+ (2012)

NOOK Tablets (2014) The Samsung Galaxy NOOK was released in 2014 and can access the BookFunnel cloud reader.

You cannot use the following to access the cloud reader or install the BookFunnel App:
