Thank you for choosing MathKitHQ. By purchasing and downloading our digital resources, you are agreeing to the following terms. Our goal is to support educators and parents while protecting the hundreds of hours of work that go into sequencing and designing these kits.

1. Scope of License

Every purchase from MathKitHQ comes with a Single-User License. This license is non-transferable and non-exclusive.

2. What You CAN Do (Permitted Use)

• For Parents/Homeschoolers: You may print and use these resources for all children residing within your immediate household.
• For Classroom Teachers: You may print and use these resources for all students currently enrolled in your physical or assigned virtual classroom.
• For Tutors: You may use these resources during one-on-one sessions with your students.
• Digital Use: You may upload the file to a password-protected platform (like Google Classroom or Seesaw) only if access is restricted to your own students.

3. What You CANNOT Do (Prohibited Use)

To protect the integrity of Analou Perez’s work, the following actions are strictly prohibited:

• No Reselling: You may not resell, lease, or redistribute the original PDF files or printed copies.
• No Public Sharing: You may not upload these files to "free" resource sharing sites, public school websites, or shared district drives.
• No Commercial Use: You may not use these resources to create new products for sale or use them as part of a commercial curriculum for-profit without prior written consent.
• No Modification: You may not remove the MathKitHQ branding, logo, or copyright notices from the footers of the pages.

4. Refunds & Exchanges

Due to the nature of digital downloads, all sales are final. Once a file has been downloaded, we cannot offer a refund. However, if you experience a technical issue or find an error in a resource, please contact us at mathkithq.com and we will make it right immediately.

5. Intellectual Property

All content included in our kits—including text, graphics, sequencing logic, and design—is the property of Analou Perez / MathKitHQ and is protected by international copyright laws.
