This Refund & Shipping Policy applies to all digital products sold through Matt Ashwell Media (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By purchasing from our store, you agree to the terms outlined below.


1. Shipping & Delivery

  • All products sold are digital and delivered electronically.
  • Upon successful payment, customers will receive access to their purchased product immediately via a secure download link and/or email confirmation.
  • No physical items will be shipped.


2. Refund Policy

We value our customers and aim to provide a smooth experience. Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are generally final. However, refunds may be granted under the following circumstances:

  1. Non-Delivery of Product: If you do not receive your product due to technical issues, email delivery problems, or other reasons, please contact us within 7 days of purchase. We will either re-send the product or issue a refund.
  2. Defective or Corrupted File: If the file is defective, damaged, or cannot be accessed, please notify us within 7 days of purchase. We will provide a replacement file or issue a refund.
  3. Duplicate Purchase: If you accidentally purchase the same product more than once, please contact us for a refund of the duplicate transaction.

Refunds will not be granted in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after purchase.
  • Failure to use or apply the digital product.
  • Incompatibility with your device, unless the product description was misleading.


3. Refund Process

  • To request a refund, please contact us with your order details by clicking the button below.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days and returned via the original method of payment.


4. Dispute Resolution

We encourage customers to contact us directly to resolve any concerns before initiating a dispute or chargeback. Our goal is always to find a fair and satisfactory solution.
