troubleshooting

Most likely, your software uses lower quality than the product. This may be very depending on what 3d program you use.
I'll assume you use element 3d. in this case, Please firstly make sure that you disable the checkbox "draft textures", find it in the element 3d scene. See example image
if that's done correctly, you want to open up element 3d, go up to file > preferences, and to the right side of "Max size limit," you will want to change this to a higher resolution. Be aware that your computer and software could slow down. If you experience any crashes after doing this step, lower the resolution the same way.
