This includes:

• Uploading the avatar as a public avatar on VRChat.
• Placing it in a public world.
• Sending files to anyone.
• Sharing files on leaking and ripping sites.

All avatars are licensed for personal use only, and you are the only person allowed to use the files you purchased.

• If you share your files with anyone and they end up leaked, you will be held accountable. The files can be traced back to you.
• It does not matter how the file was leaked, or who leaked it.

If the file left your possession, it is a violation of the TOS and will result in you being blacklisted.

UPLOADING...

• You must have basic unity knowledge to upload your avatar. If you have changed it in any way, and are having problems, I may not be able to help.
• If you are not able to upload the avatar on your own, and need someone to do it for you, it must be through a trusted uploader through my server.
• There may be a fee and a waiting list.

(Keep in mind there are also real-life responsibilities and differences in time zones… Be patient and respectful!)

Getting my Avatars uploaded by someone that is not...

PUBLIC

• Sharing it as a public cloneable avatar.
• Uploading it “just for a friend” or under the assumption that “no one will use it."

All avatars are for private use only, and public uploads are never allowed under any circumstances.

QUEST

Please keep in mind that while I may offer a quest compatible version, it is not guaranteed to be fully working and without problems.

I primarily focus on PC Avatars with my current skills.

I do not offer help with community made quest conversions.

EDITING

Basics:

• You are ONLY allowed to redistribute an edited version of my avatars if both you and the recipient are verified in my Discord server.
• Verified buyers will have the avatar’s verified role.
• (Ex… “V - BLUE!”)

You are also not allowed to:

• Extract assets for use on other projects (especially ones that are not from my shop.)
• All assets used on my avatars are always linked in the product description for proper credit and sourcing.

YOU MAY:

• Add or change clothing, accessories, or other small cosmetic details if it aligns with the original asset creators TOS.
• You are free to edit my avatars however you like, as long as it complies with the rest of my TOS and does not violate any other section.
• All edits must align with the rest of my TOS and must be made on your end, as I do not offer custom edits or adjustments beyond what is included in the original design.
• If you're ever unsure, feel free to ask in my Discord server. I’m always happy to answer questions!
• Please ensure that the avatar fits your vision before purchasing, or be confident that you have the skills to make the edits you want.
• Refunds will not be issued due to personal preference or inability to make changes.

COMMISSIONING

• If you want to commission someone to work on one of my avatars, both you and the person you're commissioning must legally own the files and be verified in my Discord Server
• Join my discord server and open a ticket, and we will verify both purchases.

YOU MAY NOT:

• Use my avatars in any way that promotes hate speech, harassment, racism, or illegal activity.
• Use the avatar models for training AI datasets or uploading them to any AI training tool/site.
• Export or use my models in NFTs, blockchain projects, or crypto-based promotions.
• Create an OC (Original Character) with any of my avatars.

FEEDBACK

I always welcome feedback, and constructive critisism... Especially regarding bugs, functionality, or technical improvements. That said, design choices are intentional and reflect the personality and aesthetic of the character, so requests to change the design based on personal taste will not be implemented.

My avatars are characters made to fit into my own little fictional world.

Breaking any part of the Terms of Service will result in immediate action, including but not limited to:

• Restricted Access – Loss of access to support, updates, and any remaining download credits. No refunds will be issued.
• Blacklist / Ban – Permanent blacklisting from all future purchases, updates, and access to any community spaces, including my Discord server.
• Legal Action – Serious violations such as reselling, redistributing, or sharing my avatars or their assets may result in legal consequences.

Hey, I'm Mel.

I've been on VRChat since 2021, and started creating avatars for my own use in 2023. I have always admired how other creators on the platform are able to make such wonderful avatars and wanted to try it for myself. Once I was somewhat confident in my abilities, I started making avatars to sell in late 2024, posting my first ever commercial avatar - Blue the Hammerhead - on 08.01.2025.

Before I started this, I was/am a digital artist. I've done commissions, stickers, jewelry, painting, T-shirts, and much more. I've sold my work online, in person, and at ren faire's alongside my incredibly talented family.

I just want to thank everyone that has purchased one of my avatars, or used the public versions so so very much for supporting or showing even the slightest interest in my work. This has been a dream of mine, as silly as it is.
