Returns & Refunds

Selling digital goods is tricky. Once they're in the hands of the purchaser, they can no longer be 'returned' because they've been downloaded and exist on the new owner's computer. That's why it's so important that you read the product description thoroughly.

Due to the digital nature of the products, refunds are not accepted, unless either of the following scenarios occur:

01. A duplicate purchase

It can happen. If you find that you've accidentally purchased the same digital product twice, drop me a note and I will refund you for the duplicate purchase.

02. A persistent technical difficulty

If you're experiencing recurring problems downloading your item, let me know the exact nature of the issue. If I can't help you fix it, I'll refund your investment.

I do not offer refunds in the following situations:

  • Your product purchase was made over 5 calendar days ago.
  • You found another product you like better.
  • You decided you no longer need or want the product.
  • My system shows that the product has been downloaded.
  • You don’t have a Canva account to customize your purchase. (Open a free Canva account HERE.)
  • You don’t have sufficient expertise to use the product.
  • You don’t have sufficient expertise to use Canva. (Canva offers dozens of free tutorials.)
  • You didn't read the product description prior to purchase.
  • You feel that the item is of inferior quality.
  • You're experiencing internet speed or connectivity issues.
  • You claim to be experiencing download issues, yet cannot provide proof and screenshots of the precise issue.
