By purchasing my products, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read this agreement in full before placing an order. 

Applicability

•  These terms apply to all of MellouMeadou’s current and future products.
• Includes unreleased and commissioned models.

Agreement to Terms

• By purchasing or obtaining the Artist’s (MellouMeadou's) models or assets, the Customer automatically agrees to abide by the Artist's (MellouMeadou’s) TOS at all times.
• It is the responsibility of the Customer to thoroughly read and understand the terms before, during and after the purchase.
• The Artist (MellouMeadou) is not responsible for any misunderstandings with their TOS or commission services. Questions at any time are welcome and encouraged.

Breaking TOS

• Violating these terms, as well as any separate agreed terms/contracts post-commission or purchase, will lead to a permanent ban, prohibitions on commission/avatar/asset use and may result in legal action.

No Price Splitting

• Do not engage in price splitting for MellouMeadou’s avatars/assets/commissions.

Checkout Information

• At checkout, both Discord and Vrchat usernames must be filled out accurately and correctly.

Gifting

• Gifting commissions is permitted.
• Only the gift receiver will have the file and receive the sole right of use.
• TOS applies to all parties involved at all times. By receiving my products, both customers (gifter and gift receiver) agree to all my terms.
• I only require information from the gift receiver at checkout. 

No Refunds

• Refunds will not be granted on digital products.
• If there are any problems with accessing the product, please create a ticket or email with proof of purchase.

NO AI and NFTs

• Using any aspect of the Artist (MellouMeadou) work for AI and NFTs is prohibited.

No Unauthorised Distribution

• Do not leak, trade, resell, or redistribute MellouMeadou’s products.
• Commercial rights will be explicitly written in the description of each product.

VRC Updates

• In the case of a VRChat update breaking any assets or avatars and/or commission work, updating products is up to the Artist’s (MellouMeadou) discretion. There will be no obligation to fix these issues.

Basic Blender and Unity Knowledge is Expected

• If there are any issues, send a message detailing the problem with images in the Discord server under Blender or Unity Help. 

Content Creation/Streaming Permissions

• Assets and avatars may be used for streaming/videography/photography with proper credits to MellouMeadou’s shop unless the client has received full ownership rights.
• Not Safe For Work content is prohibited. Content considered to be a violation is under the Artist's (MellouMeadou) discretion.
• Using MellouMeadou’s avatar to display any kind of discrimination, hate speech, and/or violence is prohibited. Content considered to be a violation is under the Artist's (MellouMeadou) discretion.

Crediting my Products

• The Customer must credit the Artist’s (MellouMeadou) work when used anywhere.

Personal Use Only

• All avatars from MellouMeadou are solely for personal use.

Uploads

• Uploads are $5 USD each, received via Payhip. Please make a ticket with proof of purchase for the avatar and the upload fee.
• Please note, the artist (MellouMeadou) will need to log into the Client’s account for uploads. A temporary password can be set for this.

No Public Uploads

• Do not make MellouMeadou’s avatars public.
• If there is a publicly available avatar that is not uploaded by the artist (MellouMeadou), it is an unauthorized upload. Please do not use it and report it for NSFW.

No Asset Extraction

• Do not extract MellouMeadou’s (or base) assets, textures, animations, or icons from their avatars.

Editing Rights

• Heavy edits are allowed with proper credits to MellouMeadou’s shop.
• Do not claim MellouMeadou avatars as your own.

Authorized Sources Only

• You may only use MellouMeadou’s products obtained from authorised sources.
• Such as MellouMeadou’s Payhip, Vgen, Server Giveaway, or Nitro Boosting.

Personal and Commercial Use

•  My products are allowed for personal and commercial/private//public/free avatars. Permission may differ for individual products.
• Do not resell my assets as your own.

Commission Use

• You may use my assets on commissions as long as both parties have purchased the rights.

Selling Textures

• You may sell textures for my assets only if they are fully created by you. None of the original texture is allowed to be included.

Updates to Terms

•  All terms are subject to change and must be followed at all times.
