From Me To You - A Personal Note

My name is Sab.

If you’ve found me online, you probably know me as the girl posting coffee and quotes—the kind that tend to spark opinions. But behind that, I’ve been quietly dealing with something much more personal: anxiety.

For a long time, I couldn’t find a journal that actually helped me.

Everything felt overwhelming, too structured, or just… not made for how my mind works.

I needed something simple.

A place where I could:

  • track my moods
  • understand what triggered them
  • calm myself down in the moment
  • and reflect without pressure

So I created one—for myself.

For 4 months, I kept this journal private. It became my safe space.

Page by page, I started noticing patterns. My triggers became clearer. My reactions became softer. And slowly, I felt more in control.

One day, my mom noticed. She told me I seemed calmer—more grounded.

And she was right.

For the first time, I wasn’t just reacting to my anxiety…

I was understanding it.

That’s when I realized this journal might help someone else too.

So I’m sharing it.

Not because it’s perfect.

But because it’s real.

If you struggle with anxiety, feel overwhelmed, or need a quiet place to process your thoughts—this journal is for you.

No pressure.

No rules.

Just a space to breathe, reflect, and find your way back to yourself.
