Michal Aleksander – a journalist by education who happened to turn towards (an always close to him) technology and design. For five years he designed for a leading e-commerce service in Central and Eastern Europe, focusing on mobile design, researching user needs, and the natural context of using the designed products. Currently a UX Designer and UX Manager in the world's largest education company, in which he focuses on bringing order to the processes, working out the best approaches to design, and workshop methods in which he engages representatives of all departments of the company.
